Salvatore Carlo Vigo

Strategic Advisor

With over 40 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, Salvatore supervises management innovation projects for Hospitality & Travel industry. He travelled the world to investigate the tertiary educational models for Hospitality Management proposed by the most important international universities, thus contributing to develop the curriculum of the degree course in Economics of Tourism, in collaboration with professor Giovanni Peroni. After many years spent working as general manager with hotel chains and tour operators, 15 years ago he developed an innovation model for the training of managers from a personal and professional point of view. His diligence typical of people from Sardinia combined with the precision of people from Northern Italy Alto Adige (where he moved to) make him our point of reference for the management and solving of corporate conflicts on the issue of generation-to-generation transition, for business strategic vision and for the creation of people-friendly working environments.

Bartolomeo Fusco

Founder

Bartolomeo is focused on the luxury market in which he has been working for 20 years, first as F&B Director and later covering all the fields of General Management.
He has a thorough knowledge of the strong hospitality tradition in Positano, with a wide experience gained in the top 5-star hotels of Amalfi Coast. After graduation he trained in the field of Hotel Operations in Germany and Scotland, being appointed as Director of Operations and General Manager in the most important European luxury hospitality businesses.
Specialized in hospitality and Hotels Operations, he oversees Total Quality and Guest Experience management, with a focus on Food & Drink.
His passion for the sea and sailing makes him the perfect skipper for the companies that need to improve their performance in terms of quality and efficiency.

Gianpiero Scivetti

Founder & Managing Director

Gianpiero has been working for over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry, where he also covered the role of General Manager in exclusive hotels and hotel chains.
When he was only a young man, he contributed to the development of an important family business in the catering industry.

After graduating at the University of Perugia, at the Italian Centre for Studies on Tourism (CST – Centro Italiano di Studi sul Turismo) in Assisi, he focused his professional activity on Marketing & Sales management and Revenue Management in the hospitality industry, with important results achieved in terms of management of performances.
Noteworthy is his activity as trainer and business consultant in many Italian hotels and restaurants.
His passion for “fine dining”, gourmet dining and the best Italian food and wines makes him an expert connoisseur in the field.

Claudio Ricci

Strategic Advisor

He is a civil engineer specialized in the transport sector, with dissertation and professional experience at Fiumicino Rome Airport, and also former
Director at ATAM Trasporti Perugia.
He is cited among the top Italian experts in tourism and local development (Hotel Domani, Milano 2012-2020) and in the promotion of Italy-as-a-brand image (Capital The Best, 2009-2012). Author and lecturer in several courses at Centri Studi Università (1993-2008) and for the online course in “Management of Regional Tourism” (since 2020) (with a feature “Italia turismo news”) on the platform formazioneturismo.academy.
Mayor of Assisi (2006-2015), former Government Commissioner and regional councillor for Umbria region ((2015-2019).

Former President (now Honorary President) of the Association “Beni Italiani Patrimonio Mondiale” (UNESCO Italian World Heritage) and Honorary Member of SIOI-UNA Italia (Italian Association for the United Nations, for the World Federation of the United Nations Associations). Denisse has been working for over 20 years in the field of Hotel Operations, first as a Breakfast Manager and later in the field of Housekeeping. The management of resources is essential in her activity as she is directly in charge of staff training and organization.

After gaining experience in big hotels in Milan, she carried out important housekeeping projects in the luxury hospitality market in Venice. From the most traditional services to the turndown service and the Magic Service, Denisse makes housekeeping a marketing as well as an operational driving force.
She represents the true spirit of Hotel Operations.

Elfriede is the founder and manager of Dolcevita Alkaline Lifestyle and oversees the design of Wellness Spaces up to the operational and economic management of all spa activities.

Besides the business aspects, Elfriede takes care of the mental and physical wellbeing of collaborators in our companies through coaching and wellbeing courses through one-to-one and group formulas.
She is a point of reference for anyone looking for inspiration and motivation.

Gloria worked for 15 years as a Sales Manager to be later appointed Director of Sales for independent hotels and hotel chains.
Her degree in Languages for Tourism Management and her extensive experience in Business Travel and Tour Operating Sales helped her to develop excellent negotiation skills and strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

She created a hotel representation and PR model managed through the most important Yield Management mechanisms.
She is the head of our Global Sales Office in Verona, where the entire business of our partnered hotels and our centralized booking management are designed and developed.

Thanks to her experience in hospitality companies, Emma developed excellent skills in the use of sales, communication and marketing tools.

She is also the proud mom of Claudio, something that makes her even more sensitive and makes any message she creates emotional.
As a member of the I SIDE team, Emma oversees copywriting, editorial calendars and the creation of multimedia contents.
